Missperception

She first hit the decks in 2000, performing in bars and clubs, at free parties, and on pirate radio throughout Yorkshire — bringing different styles of underground music to her listeners.

In 2004 she turned her attention to music production, completing a two-year music technology course while building her own studio and learning to produce and engineer. She became resident DJ for JOY, dropping live sets of her own material and remixes, and soon found herself performing alongside Joey Beltram, Gayle San, Speedy J, The Advent, and many other great performers.

Loving all aspects of underground music, she is not one to shy away from stepping outside her comfort zone. She has released on Tekknik eXPrimental, Mastertraxx, Algorithm, One Shoe Records, Ibiza Boys, Bonzai, G Punk Records, and others. Supported by BBC Introducing UK.
